I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I believe in helping others get through life. One thing is for certain, LIFE happens and you can find yourself overwhelmed or feeling like there is no way to get through LIFE. I am here to help you find your way.

I have experience with pre-teen to adults with various issues such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, and anger issues.

Each person is unique and different and I am here to provide individualized treatment to address your needs. I've learned that there are more than one way to achieve desired outcomes.
